Alumnus Receives Fullbright for Uzbekistan Research

Garrett Wolf, M.A. 2012, has received a prestigious Fullbright grant to conduct foreign fieldwork.  His research will look at the co-production of urban space and urban everyday life in Uzbekistan during the periods/processes of de-modernization and urban development that followed the fall of the Soviet Union. These processes lasted approximately from 1991-1998 and 2008-present respectively, and involved significant changes to the production of urban space and urban everyday life.
