Tulane University Darwin Day

Dr. Juliet Brophy gave a talk at Darwin Day at Tulane University entitled, “Homo naledi: A new species in the human lineage from South Africa.” The talks were sponsored by the Anthropology Department of Tulane University and the New Orleans Secular Humanist Association. Dr. Brophy was one of three speakers including Dr. Dave Schultz, Associate Professor of Biological Sciences, Nicholls State University speaking on “Unintelligent Design” and Dr. Marion Freistadt, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Biology, Delgado Community College speaking on “Introduction to Evolution and One Example of Contemporary Relevance”.
